ODS's initiative to employ ex-offenders

ODS is committed to its goal of providing employment opportunities to ex-offenders.

We are inspired by other organisations that have successfully incorporated the recruitment of ex-offenders into their business models, and we recognise the potential of tapping into this talent pool and contributing to their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

Through this initiative, ODS will contribute towards reducing re-offending rates and pave the way for a more inclusive and socially responsible business environment.
